Apply online for The Wynwood in just 5 minutes! Depending on how quickly the applicant submits their documents, we aim to process applications within 24-48 hours.

The Wynwood is located right across the street from the golf course and is just a quick 1.5 mile walk from the heart of campus and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Yes! The Wynwood is pet-friendly and allows 2 pets per apartment for a one-time pet fee of $300 per pet, and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.

We have a 24/7 emergency maintenance line for urgent requests. For non-emergency requests, our maintenance team does their best respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Most Wynwood leases begin in August and go through the end of July. We offer a limited number of short-term leases per season, please contact the office for more information.

The Wynwood’s online portal makes it easy to pay your rent with a checking account, savings account, credit or debit card, and allows you to set up recurring monthly payments that you have complete control over. We also accept money orders, though due to COVID-19, we ask that you use paperless E-money orders for virtual payments.

Wynwood leases include water, trash removal, pest control, and 24 /7 emergency maintenance.

The Wynwood is proud to offer Latch Smart Entry technology that can be unlocked by either a passcode or a smartphone and allows residents to issue temporary codes to their guests and other cool functionality! Find out more here.

Residents living in the same unit all share the same lease.

The Wynwood offers plenty of open parking for a nominal annual parking permit fee.

Your call! The Wynwood offers both furnished and unfurnished options. Our Elite apartments come furnished included in the base rent. Our Upgraded apartments come unfurnished, but furniture can be added for an additional $35 per bedroom per month.

Mail is delivered to the mailbox locations on the property, and UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon deliveries are sent right to your front door.

Renewal offers are made around October for the next year. Residents who fill their obligations under their lease are offered renewals at a discounted rate. We love when our residents decide to stay with us for another year!

Guests are welcome at The Wynwood but for no more than 6 days a month and no more than 3 consecutive days. A guest can use The Wynwood amenities when accompanied by a resident.

The Wynwood’s security deposit is $200 per room, and will be allocated towards the cleaning fee at move out and any damages or incidentals balances due. Otherwise, the remaining amount is refunded to the resident.
